Very compassionate, caring and professional funeral home. Very comforted in knowing this is officially my family funeral home. That Forest Park offered packages that included amenities that we could have had for approximately the same price. Instead of the way we were presented which was alacarte. For this reason we were offered a partial refund to offset the price and were told it would take approximately 30 days to receive. After approximately 2 and a half months and multiple phone calls and a letter to corporate we finally received the refund.
